How to access additional Echobox Social analytics

Recurring CSV exports

This option is best if you want regular spreadsheet reports delivered on a schedule.

Tell us which metrics you need and how often you want to receive them, and we will send you a CSV file on your preferred schedule.

Connect to your data storage

This option is best if you want to use Echobox data in your own dashboards or reporting tools. You will receive share performance data with up to a two-hour latency.

For our preferred connection method, you will need a Google account or Google Service Account.

We can also attempt direct connection using any of the tools in this list, though this is not guaranteed and you will need to grant Echobox write access.

The Echobox Analytics API

This option is best if you want automated reporting without granting Echobox access to your data storage.

You can use our REST API to query analytics data directly. API documentation – including a list of available metrics – can be found here.

Note: API access is not included in our standard licence and is available for an additional fee.
