What are Marketing templates?
Marketing templates refer to templates that can be sent via a Campaign, a journey or the transactional API. They are typically used for one-off promotional or marketing emails, or via journeys.
They cannot:
- Be populated with content from RSS feeds
- Be sent on an automatic, recurring basis
Where can I find the Marketing templates?
Navigate to 'Templates' in the left hand nav and tab to 'Marketing'.
Marketing templates are stored at the property-level, unlike Editorial templates which are stored per campaign.
How do I duplicate a Marketing template?
Click on the 3-dot menu for a Marketing template and click 'Duplicate to property'.
Select the property you wish to duplicate the template to. You will need to a user in the target property in order to move it.
